Ingredients

    2 avocados (Hass)
    Lime Juice (juice of 1/2 to 1 lime)
    Chopped onion (1/3 to 1/2 cup or to taste)
    Finely chopped tomato (Plum - 1/2 to 3/4 cup to taste)
    salt (1 tsp or to taste)
    Olive oil (1 tbsp)
    Fresh Cilantro ( 2 Tbsp or to taste)
    Garlic (fresh 1.5 tsp)
    Cumin (1 tsp or to taste) (ground)

Directions

Cut the avocados into halves. Remove seeds and scoop out the pulp into a small bowl. Use a fork to mash avacodo. Stir in juice and remaining ingredients. Cover and refriderate for 1 hour before serving.
