Ingredients

    1 can black beans, drained
    1 can yellow corn, drained
    1 can spicy rotel tomatoes with green chiles
    sprig of fresh cilantro (to taste)

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, stir well, salt and pepper to taste and chill if desired. Serve with fish tacos, or as a dip for tortilla chips.
