Introduction

I found this recipe on the back PictSweetÔs package. I doubled the recipe because I wanted to add 1 pound of ground bison to it. Ingredients

    1 lb ground bison (buffalo)
    2 pkg PickSweet Vegeatables for Stew
    2 cans (14.5) stewed tomatoes, undrained
    5 cups water
    2 tsp salt
    1 tsp black pepper

Directions

In a Dutch oven, cook bison until thoroughly brown, drain. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Bring mixture to a boil. Boil for 3 minute. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 2o minute or until vegetables are tender.
