Ingredients

1 whole wheat tortilla or pita
2 tablespoons pesto
olive oil spray
pepper
cayenne pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 cup cheese (any kind)
1/4 cup tomato sauce
Directions
Have your ingredients ready for quick assembly.
1) Spray a tortilla with olive oil on both sides.
2) Combine the pesto and garlic. Spread the pesto evenly over top of tortilla. Season with pepper and cayenne pepper, if desired.
3) Place the seasoned tortilla in the center of an ovenproof dish.
4) Mound your favorite cheese in the center of the tortilla, leaving a 1" margin around the edge of the circle.
5) Pour the sauce over the cheese.
6) Place under a preheated broiler.
7) Broil until the sauce is heated and the cheese is melted, remove from the oven carefully transfer it to a dish.
