Ingredients

    Non-stick cooking spray
    1 tbsp thai red chili paste
    2 fresh red chili peppers
    6 dried chili peppers
    12 oz. top sirloin, cut into stir fry sized pieces
    2 fresh red chili peppers
    6 dried chili peppers
    1/4 cup fresh ginger root sliced into stir fry sized pieces
    1 large green pepper cut into stir fry sized pieces
    1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
    1 large yellow pepper cut into stir fry sized pieces
    1 large onion cut into stir fry sized pieces
    1 cup coconut milk
    1 tbsp. Sriracha chili sauce
    1/2 tsp. sea salt

Directions

Spray wok with non-stick cooking spray.
Add chili paste and spread in bottom of wok.
Add the sirloin pieces, and stir fry until cooked through. Remove from wok and set aside.
Spray wok with non-stick cooking spray.
Add ginger root and chili peppers. Stir fry for 2 minutes, then add the onions. Stir fry for 1 minute, then add the peppers.
Add the basil leaves, then remove from wok and set aside.
Spray wok with non-stick cooking spray.
Pour in the coconut milk, chili sauce and salt, stirring constantly until it heats up.
Stir in the beef, then add the vegetables.
Makes about six 1 cup servings.
