Introduction

I drink one of these every morning. It's helped me loose weight and I no longer need to take medication for GERD. I change up the fruits, however, I keep the proportions the same and I alwasy include the banana and grapefruit. I drink one of these every morning. Ingredients

    1 Medium Banana
    Flesh and Juice of 1 Grapefruit
    6 oz Plain Greek Yogurt
    1 Cup Frozen Mango
    1 Cup Frozen Pineapple
    1 Cup Frozen Strawberries
    1/2 Cup Carrot Juice, I prefer Bolthouse Farms
    1/4 Cup Fat Free Milk

Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Makes two generous servings.
