Ingredients

    Albacore Tuna (Great Value)
    Raw Onion
Raw Green Pepper / Bell Peppers
    Tomato
    Garlic Powder
    Salt (A very small Pinch)

Directions

This recipe makes 4 servings if used on bread. That would make about 3 to 4 tbsp maximum on each bread slice.
The calories for the bread or crackers you will add separately, they are not included here.

As per instructions, it is super fast and easy.
Just cut all the ingredients above (except the garlic powder) and mix well.
Add the garlic powder to taste (this powder has nothing but garlic, no sodium, salt or other hidden ingredients. You can get it in Wal-mart in the spices aisle).
Once you have that mix well, add some salt to your taste.
NOTE: I have not included the sodium of the salt because I don't use salt with this item.
Voila!!
Enjoy your tuna mix!!
