Ingredients

    5 Cups (chopped) Butternut Squash
    2 Cups )chopped) Carrots
    1 Lrg Onion Diced
    1 Carton FF Chicken Stock
    3 Garlic Cloves
    1 Tsp Curry Powder
    1 Tsp Nutmeg
    1 Tsp Pepper
    1 Tsp Salt
    2 Tsp Olive Oil

Directions

Saute Onion and garlic. then add everything else to the pot and let simmer for approx 1/2 hour. When done, emulsify. Add more water depending on how thick or runny you like your soup.
