Ingredients

    2 cups of fresh, chopped dandelion greens.
    2 Hard Boiled Egg
    1 Cup of granted carrots
    1 cup of boiled and cubed beets.
    1 tbsp of Olive Oil
    1 tbsp of Balsamic Vinegar
    1 tsp salt
    Black pepper (optional)

Directions

Combine the greens, the carrots, beets and hard boiled eggs in a salad bowl. Add the olive oil, salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar. Mix well and serve.
