Introduction

Ingredients

    8 oz Quinoa Pasta
    133g Stackers Dill Pickles, chopped
    23g celery, finely chopped
    81g Hellman's (Best Foods) Mayo
    81g Hellman's (Best Foods) Low Fat Mayo
    5g yellow mustard
    3g spicy brown mustard
    1 gram or less cayenne pepper
    1.5 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped.

Directions

Makes 10, 103g servings.

Cook Quinoa pasta according to directions. Rinse under cold water. Set aside.

In a large bowl, mix both mayo's, both mustards, and spices with a whisk. Mix in all remaining ingredients and refrigerate for about 30 minutes prior to serving. Overnight is best.
