Ingredients

    1 lb. lean ground turkey, or ground beef
    1/4 cup diced onions
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1 Tbsp chili powder
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1-14.5 oz can petite diced tomatoes
    1 cup frozen or fresh corn kernels
    2 cups zucchini, chopped
    1/2 cup green bell peppers, chopped

Directions

Brown turkey, onion, and spices. Add tomatoes and corn, bring to a boil then simmer for 10 minutes. Add zucchini and green pepper and simmer an additional 7 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
