3 chicken thighs
2 cans of kidney beans
2 cans of rotel tomates
2 packets of taco seasoning
1 small bag frozen ccorn
shredded chesse, sliced or chopped avocado ,sour cream ,and tortillia chips.optional
Directions
boil chicken in water and taco seasoning,until chicken is cooked throuh.debone and remove fat, and skin from chicken and shredd. put back into liquid. add beans, tomatoes, and corn (undrained).
simmer until vegetables are warmed through.
