Ingredients

    300g veal steak
    1 onion cut in long stripes (150g)
    1 red bell pepper cut in long stripes
    1 green bell pepper cu in long stripes
    1tbsp lemon grass
    2 tbsp pecans
    1tsp lemon zeste minced
    2tbsp lemon juice
    2tbsp light soy sauce
    2 garlic clove crushed

Directions

1. Trim all visible fat. Cut the veal in small stripes and cook in a preheated wok. Set aside.

2. In the same wok cook the onions, bell peppers and the lemon grass stirring.

3. Add pecans and stir - fry for another 1 minute. In a boll mix the lemon zeste, lemon juice, soy sauce and garlic. Add the mix to the wok. Add the veal and mix together.

4. Serve with basmati rice.
