Ingredients

    2.5Lb Chicken Breast
    .5 C. Flour( All purpose)
    4oz Panco Bread Crumbs
    3 Large Egg Whites
    Salt
    Pepper
    Onion Powder
    Garlic Powder

Directions

Preheat oven to 450(check your oven)
Cut chicken into fingers and toes season with Alittle salt and pepper. Put flour in a large zip bag and pancoes in another zip bag season both with a little salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Now whip egg whites to a peak. place the chicken in the flour bag and shake until all is covered. then dredge in egg whites and put the in bread crumbs and shake until all are covered well. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 15-20min. the serve with the dipping sauce of your choice.
