Ricotta Cheese/Blueberries/Splenda Ricotta Cheese/Blueberries/Splenda
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/4 to 1/2 cup of Skim milk Ricotta Cheese
    1 small packet of Splenda
    3 tsp frozen blueberries (feel free to substitute any fresh or frozen fruit of your choice)

    Mix Ricotta Cheese and Splenda well. Add frozen or fresh fruit of your choice. I prefer frozen fruit. I enjoy a light whipped cream/topping on it every now and then.

    Makes one serving.
    Eat it up~ YUM!!!

    Everyone in my family loves this snack/dessert~!!!

    This was really really good!! It was light, refreshing and it totally filled the sweet craving without making me feel like I had messed up my diet! I made with blueberries and then again with raspberries and will make this often - 9/1/07
