Ingredients

    3C. cooked bow tie pasta
    3T. Red wine vinegar
    1T. Dried basil or 1/2c. fresh
    1/4 c. parsley, if not using fresh basil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 t. salt
    1/4 t. sugar
    1/3 c. parmesan cheese, grated
    1/2 c. olive oil
    pepper to taste

    Mix all together and refrigerate.
