Ingredients

    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking soda
    1.5 tsp. salt
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 can warm beer
    1/2 Tbs. Basil

Directions

Sitr until flour is mixed. Pour in greased loaf pan. Bake at 375 for approximately 45 minutes or until top is light brown.

    Very good and extremely easy to make! I used Guinness Draft and also added a little garlic powder. Tastes even better the second and third day after baking. - 11/11/07

    Incredible!
    I used Splenda to lower the calories, along with lite beer. I baked it a second time with 1/2 the salt. It was great! - 10/6/07
