This is good, easy to make and makes enough for a few days! This is good, easy to make and makes enough for a few days!
Number of Servings: 6


    1 lb firm tofu
    1 Tbsp soy sauce or Bragg's Liquid Aminos
    1 Tbsp onion powder OR 2 chopped green onions
    1/4 tsp turmeric
    1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
    1 Green bell pepper, chopped
    1-2 tomatoes chopped
    1 Tbsp canned green chiles
    Black salt, to taste


Crumble Tofu with hands
Mix everything into skillet except tomatoes
Heat for 5 to 8 minutes
Add tomatoes and continue heating until done
