Ingredients

1/2 of one large apple, finely chopped
1.5 tbsp honey
11-12 Wonton wrappers
1 tbsp cinammon
granulated sugar to taste.
Directions
1) In small bowl, combine sugar and cinammon.
2) Finely chop half of a large apple.
3) Lay out 11-12 wonton wrappers, adding a few apple chunks to the center of each. Drizzle honey* over the apple chunks.
4) With a wet finger, fold wontons in to burrito shape, pressing down edges with wet finger.
5) Dampen the top of the wonton and sprinkle sugar** and cinammon over the top of the cookies, pressing down as you go.
6) Place wontons on to a non-stick cookie sheet and pop in to the oven at 425 F, for approximately 15 minutes. They are great served warm or cool!
* You can add or eliminate honey to taste. Just make sure to count calories accordingly!
**Sugar is not necessary, but can make a nice edition.
+ Also tastes great with ground nutmeg and ginger!
