Ingredients

    2 teaspoons olive oil
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    3 servings whole wheat pasta (6oz, dry)
    3 cups broccoli florets
    2 cups canned tomatoes
    1 cup shredded low fat mozzarella cheese
    1/2 cup low-fat ricotta cheese
    1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
    3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Directions

Makes 4 servings (can make 6 smaller servings as well)
Take meatballs out of freezer let sit at room temp.

Stir oil and garlic in small skillet over med heat, 1 min, set aside. Cook pasta in large pot of boiling salted water until almost tender, about 11 min or package instructions. Add broccoli, cook 1 minute. Drain.

Mix tomatoes, 1/2 cup mozzarella, ricotta, basil and 1 tbsp of Parmesan cheese, and sauted garlic in large bowl. Add pasta and broccoli, toss. Season with salt and pepper. Tr Poor in half of mixture into 11X7X2 inch glass baking dish, then slice meatballs and put layer down. Then remaining pasta on top of that. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and parmesan over.

Preheat oven to 400F. Bake pasta uncovered until cheese melts about 20 min.
