Ingredients



    * *Potato, raw, 7 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
    * Sweet potato, 1 sweetpotato, 5" long
    * Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped
    * Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 4 cup kernels
    * Salt, 1.5 tbsp
    * Butter, salted, 3 tbsp
    * Olive Oil, 4 tbsp
    * Thyme, fresh, 1 tsp

Directions

Dice potatoes so all are the size of the the corn kernels.
Mix Potatoes, Sweet Potato, Onion, Olive Oil and salt
Broil at 500 degree F for 15 minutes or until soft. Remove from pan and mix with microwaved corn and quickly brown in a hot skillet. Add Butter to finished product.
