    1 sweet potato
    1 clove garlic
    2 TB onion
    2 Tb olive oil
    2 TB fresh cilantro
    1 TB fresh lime juice
    1 TB Agave nectar
    1 TB Braggs Amino Acids


Peel and grate sweet potato. Add chopped onion and garlic to sauté pan with olive oil, cook over medium heat. Once the onion becomes transparent add in the grated sweet potato and turn to medium high heat. Watch the sweet potato, flipping so both sides get cooked through. In a side bowl combine the cilantro, lime, and braggs. Once the sweet potato is mostly soft add in the liquid mixture. Continue to cook until desired crispness is achieved.
