Ingredients

    Beans, black: 1 can - rinsed, drained, dried
    1 Bell pepper: diced
    1 Onion (raw), chopped
    Garlic, 1 clove diced
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp
    1 egg
    ground cumin, 1 tbsp
    Rolled Oats, 0.5 cup - whirled in food processor
    Panco Crumbs, 0.25 cup
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mush black beans. Add diced pepper, onion and garlic. Mix together egg with seasonings. Combine with first mix. Add oats. Add panco crumbs to desired texture. Cook at 375 degrees, 10 minutes per side.
