Ingredients



    * Oregano, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Parsley, dried, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Catsup, 0.25 cup (remove)
    * Brown Sugar, 0.13 cup, packed (remove)
    * 93% Lean Ground Beef, 22 oz (remove)
    * Dry Mustard, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Over the Moon Fat Free Milk, 0.25 cup (remove)
    * Pure Egg Whites Market Basket, 0.13 cup (remove)
    * Stop & Shop Bread Crumbs, 0.13 cup (remove)

Directions

1. In a bowl compbine eggs and milk; stir in bread crumbs, onion, parsley, salt, sage, and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper. Add meat; mix well. Lightly pat mixture into an 8x4x2 inch loaf pan. (if you use a loaf pan cook time is 1 hour to 1 hour and 10 minutes. I use a baking pan and mold the hamburg around the sides leaving a rectacle empty in the middle. This way cooks faster and more evenly! This way takes about 45 minutes.)

2. Back in a 350 oven for times stated above. Or until internal temperature registers 160F. Sppon off fat. In a bowl combine catsup, brown sugar, and mustard; spread over meat. Bake for 10 minutes. Let Stnad for 10 Minutes before serving.
