Ingredients

    I package ramen
    1 head napa cabbage
    1 bag rainbow slaw (broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, red cabbage)
    1/2 onion chopped
    2 cups frozen edamame
    3 cooked chicken breasts, chopped

    Dressing
    1 T sesame oil
    white or rice vinegar
    mustard
    ramen flavoring packet

Directions

Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Whisk dressing in a separate bowl and pour over salad. Let chill overnight to let flavors blend.

Makes approximately 12 one-cup servings
