    2/3 C garbanzo flour
    1/2 C tapioca flour
    2 T dry milk
    2 t xanthum gum
    1/2 t salt
    1/2 t sugar
    oregano & basil
    2/3 C water 105
    1 t olive oil
    1 t cider vinegar


Stir dry together. Add rest and beat 3 min on high.
Greased 12" pan.
425 for 10 min.
Top with sauce, etc.
425 for 20-25 min.
