Introduction

Cook Noodles and let cool. Mix eggs, cheeses and garlic together. Coat 13X9 baking dish with cooking spray. Alternate layers of sauce, noodles (4 per layer), cheese mixture and spinach. Ingredients

    2 egg whites (slightly beaten)
    16 oz shredded mozzarella cheese, part skim milk
    16 oz cottage cheese, 1 % milkfat
    5 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese(save 1 Tbsp. for topping)
    1 clove garlic (minced)
    6 cups canned tomato sauce
    3 cups fresh spinach (well packed)
    9 oz whole wheat lasagna noodles (cooked)

Directions

Bake Covered for 50 minutes in a 375 degree oven.
