soy milk and soy protein soy milk and soy protein

Ingredients

    1 c soy milk - vanilla
    1 scoop EAS soy protein powder
    6 baby carrots
    6 frozen strawberries
    6 ice cubes

Directions

put ingedients in vitamix machine; start on slow - process to high about a minute

pretty yummy
think it would be good also with a banana
or frozen peaches
and / or plain low-fat yogurt

(just got the vitamix machine and experimenting...)
