1/2 cup Cottage Cheese, nonfat
1 tsp Mustard
2 Tbsp Onion, chopped

3 Hard-boiled eggs, diced
Directions
Makes 3 3/4 cup servings
Mix cottage cheese & milk.
Add mustard, onion, celery, and salt. Mix well.
Gently stir in diced egg.
