I love corn meal waffles. I add 1 tbsp. of olive oil. That solves the dryness. And make sure the griddle is well oiled as well. - 4/10/18

    Good
I have been using the JCMM to make Corn Waffles -- with some of my own alterations. I find altering to be hard as I seek for lower fat and cholesterol. You might try the original recipe on box and see how it turns out and then gradually modify with later cooking experiments. Sweet! - 5/27/11
