Ingredients

    3 cups water
    1 - 46 fl oz bottle of Food Club 100% Vegetable Juice
    1 lb package of Eckrich Skinless Turkey Smoked Sausage
    1 lb package of Perdue 93/7Lean Ground Turkey
    1 - 14 oz can Food Club Ready To Serve Beef Broth
    1 - 2 lb package of Kroger Frozen Mixed Vegetables
    1 cup chopped fresh onion
    1 Tbsp ground black pepper
    2 Tbsp Kroger Zesty Blend Garlic and Herb Seasoning

Directions

In a large stock pot 6 - 8 quart stock pot, combine 2 1/2 cups water, vegetable juice, beef broth, frozen vegetables, onion, black pepper and Herb and Garlic Seasoning. Heat to a simmer.

Spray a large skillet with cooking spray. Brown ground turkey sprinkled with Garlic and Herb Seasoning. Add cooked ground turkey to the pot.

Again, without washing the skillet, spray cooking spray in the skillet and brown Skinless Turkey Smoked Sausage. Deglaze the pan with 1/2 cup of water and add to the pot.

Cover pot and bring to a rolling boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
