    1 pound macaroni boiled and drained
    2 cups frozen peas cooked and drained
    1/2 pound bacon crisped and crumbled
    1/2 cup fresh parsley chopped
    1/2 cup light Mayo
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1/4 cup parmesan cheese
    1/4 cup dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp dillweed
    1/2 tsp celery seed
    2 TBS balsamic vinegar
    2 TBS lemon juice
    2 TBS malt vinegar
