Ingredients

- Shirakiku Oriental Style (Sweet Potato) Starch Noodle 8 oz bunch (comes in pack of 3)
- Sesame Oil, 3 1tsp (varies)
- Kikkoman Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp (varies)
- Carrots, 1 medium
- Spinach, half bunch
- Onions, 1 medium
- Garlic, 3 cloves
- Agave, 1 tbsp (varies)
- Shiitake Mushrooms, 6 mushrooms, no stems
- beef skirt steak, 7 oz
Directions
- Boil water for noodles, cook for 5-6 minutes, rinse with cold water, set aside and add a little sesame oil.
- Cut beef into small strips, cook over med-hi heat., set aside
- Slice carrots into matchstick size or small pieces. Chop onions. Chop garlic. Chop mushrooms. Add to pan over med-hi heat. Stir fry with sesame oil.
- Rinse spinach and add to pan, cook down. Add beef.
- Cut noodles into 6-8 inch pieces and add to pan, lower heat.
- Add soy sauce, agave and sesame oil to taste.
- Serves 4-5 people. More if it is a side dish.
