Ingredients

    1lb - Ground beef lean
    3/4 cup - Green Bell Peppers, chopped
    1/2 cup - Onions, chopped
    1 cup - Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce (Garlic&Herb)
    3/4 cup - Precious Part-Skim Ricotta Cheese
    6 - Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Lasagna Noodles
    1 cup - Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly saute onion and bell pepper in pan with a spray or 2 of cooking spray. Add in ground beef and brown. Drain all fat. Add in spaghetti sauce and let simmer for a few minutes. Meanwhile, with the back of a tablespoon spread on ricotta cheese onto each of the lasagna noodles. To prepare the lasagna...layer the bottom of a 8x8 dish with 3 noodles, spread half the meat mixture on top, then sprinkle 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese. Repeat one more time. Place in oven for about 30 min. (Wheat noodles tend to take a little longer to cook, keep this in mind.)
