Introduction

Great way to sneak veggies into a meal. Great way to sneak veggies into a meal.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1.5lb - Lean Ground Beef or Turkey
    1 - 29oz can Tomato Sauce
    1 packet - Sloppy Joe Seasoning Mix. (I prefer Wal-mart's brand over McCormicks)
    1lb package - Frozen Mixed Veggies

    Optional:
    Whole Wheat Bun or Ezekiel English Muffin
    Fat Free Cheese

Directions

Brown ground beef. Drain off grease and juice. Add rest of the ingredients. Simmer until veggies are warm all the way through.

Serve over half of whole wheat bun with a slice of fat free cheese over the top. Kids will never even notice the veggies!

Makes a minimum of 8 1/2cup servings.
