Ingredients

    Ingredients:
*Kirkland Cranberry Raspberry 100% Juice Blend, 8 oz
*Kirkland Organic Plain Soy Milk, 1 cup
*Tofu, Silken (Jayone Foods, Inc.) 10oz block, 1 serving
*Kirkland Rader Farms Nature's Three Berries, 1.5 serving, 7oz (200 grams)
Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (peeled and frozen)

Directions

We keep peeled bananas in the freezer to use in smoothies, so that's one thing to prep other than just buying the ingredients.

Add everything to the blender (we love the VitaMix) and blend until you don't see any more tofu chunks - very smooth. Serve in two tall glasses.
