    * *Hilshire Farm Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, ultra thin,2oz, 1 serving
    * Avocados, California (Haas), 1/2
    * *Tomato (Roma- 1 tomato per serv) 1/4 tomato
    * Romaine Lettuce (salad), 2 inner leaf
    * *Hummus Roasted Red Peppers, 2 tbsp
    * Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) 1/4 cup
    * Alfalfa sprouts, 1/4 cup
    * *Pepperccini's, about 15 rings

Directions

Tip: You may want to go less on some of the ingredients to make the ingredients wrap up better. Also, make it vegetarian by substituting more Garbanzos for the turkey slices)
Lay wrap on a flat surface. Spread about 2tbsp Red pepper hummus in the middle where the food will be added. Put 2 romaine (or other lettuce) leaves on top.
Slice 1/2 an avocado and place the slices on top of lettuce. Generously grind fresh pepper straight onto the avocado.
Add about 1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts next, and then your slices of tomato. If you want to add a splash of oil or dressing (I did a tiny bit of balsalmic vinagrette) do it here so it sits in the sprouts.
Now put on your meat, but don't do too much. Add Garbanzo beans on top, this helps to expand the taste of the amount of meat you put on.
Last step is to add a handful of pepperccinis, I put about 15 rings.
Wrap up the sandwich like a burrito, and enjoy!
