Ingredients

    Egg, fresh, 6 large
    Milk, nonfat, 2 cup
    Thyme, ground, .25 tbsp
    Salt, .25 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, .25 tsp
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp
    Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields
    Monterey Cheese, 1 cup, diced
    Nature's Own Light Honey Wheat Bread, 2 slices, 4 serving

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Farenheit.

Wisk together eggs, milk, salt, thyme, pepper, and nutmeg.
Tear bread and mix into egg mixture, along with cheese and spinach.

Pour mixture into a lightly greased casserole dish. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
