Ingredients

    6 cups broccoli fresh chopped into bite size pieces
    1 can drained chickpeas
    1 cup dried cranberries
    1/2 cup onions
    4 oz. blue cheese
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
    1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
    1 cup light mayo.

Directions

Mix the dressing ingredients, mayo, sugar, vinegar. Add the rest and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
