Ingredients

    3 Chicken Breast
    2 Packages Frozen Broccoli
    4 cups Minute Rice
    2 10.75 oz cans Cream of Chicken Soup
    1 10.75 oz can Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1.5 cup of Fiesta Blend Shredded Cheese
    Salt - to taste
    Pepper - to taste
    Garlic Powder - to taste
    Onion Powder - to taste

Directions

Cook and cut chicken breast into bite size pieces. Cook minute rice and broccoli. Mix chicken, mushroom soup, and chicken soup with salt, pepper, garlic power, and onion powder. Add rice, broccoli, and cheese. Heat in oven at 350 for about 10 minutes.

    Very Good
    This was delicious. Didn't use as much cheese but didn't need to. The recipe made heaps of food so it works out as an economical meal - 6/28/10
