Ingredients

1 tsp corn starch
4-6 oz chicken breast, cut into strips
1c lo mein noodles, cooked and tossed with a tiny bit of sesame oil
1 Tbsp canola oil, divided
1c green beans, snapped into 2-inch pieces
1c onion, chopped
1c celery, chopped
1Tbsp soy sauce
1Tbsp rice vinegar or white wine
1tsp hoisin sauce
dash of chile paste (optional)
2 tsp chopped garlic, divided
2 tsp chopped ginger, divided
Directions
Sauce: Add soy sauce, vinegar or wine, hoisin, chile paste and stir. Set aside.
Cook noodles, rinse in cold water, toss with sesame oil, set aside.
Put 2tsp in wok and heat on high
Add 1 tsp each garlic and ginger, cook for a moment
Add chicken, cook 2 minutes or until just firm, stirring constantly.
Remove chicken, set aside.
Let wok cool, wipe out.
Add 1 tsp of canola oil and heat wok on high.
Add vegetables, cook until they just start to look done.
Add sauce, cook for a few moments.
Add chicken, cook for a few moments.
Add noodles, cook until warm.
