Introduction

The nutrition info includes the basic ingredients but you can add almost anything to taste -- cumin, chili powder, chopped red or green bell pepper or hotter peppers to taste. It'll shift the calories a bit, but it's a good start. Fiber, protein and lots of flavor! Love this recipe. Rotel adds a little kick to the dish. I also stir in some diced chicken breast along with the chili powder and cumin. - 3/26/12
