Ingredients

    1Tbsp gram masala spice
    1 Tsp turmeric
    1 Tsp ground coriander
    1/2 tsp garlic salt
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp ceyenne pepper
    3 Tbsp Smart Balance Omega Oil
    1 small onion
    8 baby carrots
    1 can sweet peas
    1 can garbonzo bean (chick peas)
    1 can petite diced tomtoes
    1 can Taste of Thai coconut milk

Directions

Cook all spices in oil over medium heat

Slice onion and dice carrots and saute
Add the canned veggies and coconut milk
Allow to simmer for 15 minutes until reduced by half
Enjoy
