Ingredients

6.4 oz Chunk light tuna - in water
3/4c low fat cottage cheese
4 Tbsp of Greek yogurt
1/4 c raw onion, diced
1/4 celery diced
1tsp dijon mustard
1 hard boiled egg
1Tbsp dill weed, dry (I like quite a bit in mine)
salt & pepper to taste (if you add table salt it's not included in above nutritional info)
Directions
Begin boiling your egg as you assemble the above ingredients. Then just mix them all in the bowl and enjoy.
