Ingredients

    1 lb skinless chicken breast
    4 cups whole wheat rotini pasta
    1 can of stewed italian tomatoes
    2 tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp minced garlic
    2 tsp italian spices
    1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions

Cut chicken into one inch cubes. Cook chicken in pan with olive oil, garlic, and italian spices. After chicken is cooked add tomatoes. Meanwhile, boil pasta. After pasta is cooked, mix chicken and tomatoes with pasta and top with parmesan cheese!
