    1 large red delicious appl, cored and cooked
    1 whole butternut squash, peeled, seeded and cooked
    2 tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 small onion, peeled
    1 garlic clove, peeled
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    10.5 oz. vegetable stocik
    pinch cinnamon
    salt to taste


Add olive oil to sauce pan on stove top. Add onions and garlic, saute unit translucent. Ad squash and applies,m cover with 10 1/2 oz vegetable stock Add thyme. Cook until squash is tender.

Add all ingredients into the Health Master or blender. Blend until smooth.
Makes 8 1 cup servings
