Introduction

Healthy pancakes even my picky children will eat. The nutritional information was calculated with whole milk becase it was all I had but you can replace it with low fat or skim milk. Ingredients

    1.25c Whole Wheat Flour
    2tsp baking powder
    1c milk
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp Splenda
    0.5tsp salt
    0.5c fresh blueberries

Directions

In mixing bowl blend flour and baking powder. In seperate bowl mix together milk, egg, splenda, and salt; add to dry mixture. Fold in blueberries. Pour about 1/4c of batter at a time onto griddle. Flip when bubbles start to appear. Makes approx. 6 large pancakes.
