Introduction

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    * 15 grams of protein powder (half a scoop) (whey works best, but I use unflavored soy many times to save money-I buy it in bulk!) -- calculated with Jay Robb's chocolate whey protein
    * 1 tbsp 100% cocoa powder -- Hersey's special dark
    * 1/4 tsp baking powder
    * 2 packets stevia (or whatever sweetneer you prefer)
    * 1 tbsp pumpkin or applesauce (your choice!) -- calculated with pumpkin
    * 3 tbsp liquid egg whites (or 1 egg white)

Directions

Mix all of the dry ingredients in a mug. Stir in the wet ingredients until well combined. Microwave for 1 minute. Remove from the microwave and gently use a knife or fork to loosen the cake from the mug. Serve plain or with your favorite toppings -- mine are almond butter and banana slices!
