Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    2 lbs of lean ground turkey
    7 red peppers
    2 cans of black beans
    2 cans of tomatoes with chili
    Optional shredded Mexican cheese

Directions

Brown turkey meat and drain. While browning meat clean out peppers and blanch for about 15 minutes.

Drain and rinse black beans

Mix all ingredients and stuff peppers.

Cover and bake peppers at 350 for 1 hr.

If you want sprinkle with cheese
