    Ground Flaxseed, (1 tbsp)
    chocolate flavor protien powder 1 tbsp.
    Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened) 1/4 cup
    Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 1/4 cup
    Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, (1/4 cup)
    2 tbsp Greek Yogurt FAT FREE


Directions
